Delivery area
We currently offer free delivery within the NN and LU postcode areas. Orders with delivery addresses outside these areas cannot be placed via the website; however, please contact the depot to discuss delivery options beyond this coverage.
Free local delivery
All orders delivered within the NN and LU postcode areas qualify for free standard delivery. No minimum order value applies unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and depend on stock availability and local delivery schedules. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, and we will contact you if there are any unexpected delays.
Local delivery method
Deliveries are made using local couriers or our own transport where appropriate. For larger, heavier or palletised items, delivery is typically kerbside.
Access and availability
Please ensure suitable access for delivery vehicles and that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the goods.
Missed deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or no one being available, a redelivery may need to be arranged.
Collection from depot
We offer free collection from our Northampton and Luton depots on all orders. Please contact the office to arrange collection, or feel free to visit the depot to discuss your requirements in person.
Collection requirements
When collecting, please bring your order confirmation and suitable transport for the goods being collected. Some items may be heavy or bulky.
Inspection on collection or delivery
Goods must be inspected at the point of collection or on delivery. Any damage, shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours, with clear photographs where possible.
