The Roll Out Rafter Tray is designed to provide a consistent and reliable 25mm clear airflow gap between the ceiling insulation and the roof underlay in cold roof constructions. This ensures that airflow is maintained from the eaves into the roof void, helping to manage moisture and reduce the risk of condensation.

By preventing insulation from blocking the airflow path, the rafter tray plays a key role in maintaining correct roof ventilation performance. It is designed for use in conjunction with eaves ventilation products, allowing a continuous ventilation route from the eaves into the roof space.
