It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their intended use and compliant with relevant building regulations and manufacturer instructions.
Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£). Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. If applicable, delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but this will not affect orders already accepted.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment has been received and an order confirmation email has been issued. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected misuse. Where an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to the customer on delivery. Ownership of goods transfers once full payment has been received.
Inspection on delivery
Goods must be inspected on delivery. Any damage, shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photographs where possible.
Faulty goods
If goods are faulty or not as described, your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our liability is otherwise limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or project delays.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
